For e-Transfer
It should only take a few seconds to a few minutes for the payment to be processed.
Right after we receive the funds, the gift card code will be sent. However, sometimes e-transfer needs more time to be fully completed. If you check the status of your e-transfer transaction in your online banking, you can check if the transaction is completed.
The status “Transfer sent” means the payment is on the way, but the recipient has not yet received the funds.
The status “Deposited” means the transaction is fully completed, and the recipient has received funds.
Check Your Spam Email
Please make sure to check your spam email. Sometimes the gift card email can go to the spam email or promotion tab if you use gmail. If the email is sent to the spam folder, the gift card image and the claim gift card button might not be viewable.
