1. The Visa® Reward Virtual Account is a convenient and flexible way to recognize employees and encourage customer loyalty.

The card activation page will require a phone number for 2FA authenticator. A phone number from Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) such as Google Voice will NOT work.

7. Enter challenge code received in order
8. Click on Claim your card
9. Upon clicking Claim Your Card you will be directed to the Gift Security page. To answer the security question, enter the email address that you received this Visa® eReward Card and click (View gift)
10. After your Greeting Card displays, your Visa® eReward Card displays. Click CLAIM CODE
11. After clicking CLAIM CODE, you will be directed to your Virtual Account with details on how to use your Visa® eReward Card.
12. Manage your Virtual Account, view Balance Summary and completed transactions.
13-Third parties may impose additional restrictions. Not every store or payment service provider will accept this card due to their risk controls, or because the card does not have a cardholder name.
14. This card does NOT work in recurring payment such as online streaming monthly subscriptions.
15. If you use this card at a restaurant, a 20% tip hold is applied. This means that if your card balance is $100, the actual payment amount must be $83 or less, with $17 (20%) reserved for tips. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.
16. If you use any website that uses PayPal or Shopify checkout, PayPal or Shopify will likely decline this Visa prepaid card which doesn't have a cardholder name associated with it (the side effect of no KYC). Because PayPal or Shopify requires the card to be registered with a billing address and the name on the card must match the name on your PayPal or Shopify account to verify it for use.
