(Zelle Pay) How to Checkout with Zelle Pay?

Step 1: Select checkout with the Zelle payment

Select Zelle Checkout and Click “Check Out” on the right

Please make sure your legal name in your bank account matches your registered name at Piggy.Cards. Otherwise, the Zelle Pay transactions might not be completed.  In the following example, if your legal first and last names in your bank account are "Piggy" and "Cards" correspondingly, please make sure your first and last names at our website are "Piggy" and "Cards" correspondingly as well. 

 

Step 2: Pay via Zelle Pay

After clicking the “Check Out” button at https://piggy.cards, the website will provide some instructions on how to pay via Zelle Pay:

You will have to proceed to your Zelle Pay app, or your bank’s app and pay to the email address “payment@z.piggycards.com”.

Each bank has slightly different Zelle Pay interfaces. Here is a JPMorgan Chase mobile app example as of May 2022:

  1. After login your JPMorgan Chase mobile app, click on “Pay & Transfer”
  2. Click on “Send money with Zelle”
  3. Type in the email “payment@z.piggycards.com” in the search bar. Note that some banks’ apps might require you to add the first time payee as a new Zelle Pay recipient
  4. Put in the correct payment amount
  5. Click the “Review & send” button

Please note that Zelle Pay is treated as a non-refundable cash payment, so please review the payment information carefully.

Step 3: Receive emails of your order confirmation and digital gift cards.

  • After the payment is completed, you will receive an email to confirm the order was placed and find your order number immediately.
  • Shortly after the payment confirmation email, you will receive an e-gift card delivery email to redeem your gift cards (usually within a minute but sometimes it could take up to 5–10 minutes).
