(Zelle Pay) Why is my order still pending after completed Zelle?

Please check if you ordered by your first name and last name on your Bank account, and the amount you paid matches your order amount as well.

If they are not matched, and you have already paid via ZellePay, please contact support@piggy.cards, we will manually process your order once we confirm the funds are received.
