- Pay any balance amount using available payment modes.
The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com.
Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem his or her E-Gift Card.
Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.
Both EGC and credit cards may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
In cases where the order is canceled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card
Single E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.
Multiple GCs cannot be applied for a single order Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.
E-Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
E-Gift cards may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.
E-Gift cards cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 48-72 hours.
