Redeem a Cineplex eGift Card
The Cineplex eGift Card can only be used in Canada at participating Cineplex theatres, or it can be redeemed online at cineplex.com or on store.cineplex.com. Please note that Cineplex eGift Cards are not redeemable at Alliance Atlantis Cinemas and they may NOT be redeemed at self-serve kiosks. Each time you use this eGift, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero, with any excess purchase price still payable using another method of payment at the time of purchase.
In-Person Redemption
To redeem this eGift Card in-person, print it out at home first, or display it on your smartphone, then show it to the cashier at the box office, ensuring that the card number and PIN code (if required) are clearly visible.
Online Redemption
Redeem this eGift Card online at cineplex.com or at store.cineplex.com. During online check-out, enter the card number and PIN code (if required), making sure there are no spaces in the card number or PIN code when you type them in, then apply the card to your purchase.
Cineplex eGift Card Details
This eGift Card can only be used in Canada and has no fees or expiry date. It can be redeemed towards the purchase of admissions, concessions and merchandise at any participating Cineplex theatre in Canada, or it can be used online at cineplex.com or at store.cineplex.com. Cineplex eGift Cards are not redeemable at Alliance Atlantis Cinemas. Scene+ points are not issued on the sale of Cineplex eGift Cards.
This eGift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your consent. This eGift Card cannot be reloaded, re-sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if re-sold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
